1. Introduction
Dazzle Drys was founded with a vision to deliver more than just a cleaning service — we provide a wardrobe care experience that adds confidence and comfort to everyday living. Built on over 5 years of consultancy expertise in the laundry sector, our brand stands for reliability, professional processes, and premium results.
2. Services Provided
- Laundry, dry cleaning, and wardrobe care services.
 - Pick-up and delivery (where available).
 - Specialized garment care for delicate fabrics and stain treatment.
 - Franchise-operated service points operating under the Dazzle Drys brand.

3. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
 - Label or identify garments where necessary.
 - Disclose any special handling instructions (e.g., delicate fabrics, allergy concerns).
 - Collect garments within agreed timelines; uncollected items may be subject to storage policy.
 
4. Garment Care & Liability
We apply professional cleaning methods and follow best-practice care standards. However, some fabrics or pre-existing conditions may react unpredictably.
Dazzle Drys is not liable for:
- Pre-existing manufacturing defects or weak fabrics.
 - Color bleeding, running, or shrinkage beyond reasonable control.
 - Loss or damage of items not collected within 30 days after service completion.
 
5. Pricing & Payments
Service prices are displayed at outlets and on our website. Payments must be made in full upon service completion or delivery. Dazzle Drys reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a refund. Once cleaning has commenced, refunds are generally not provided. Management may offer service credits as an alternative resolution for disputes.
7. Franchise Locations
Franchise outlets operate under the Dazzle Drys brand standards but are independently owned and operated. For service-related complaints, please contact the servicing outlet first. If unresolved, escalate to corporate support.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information (contact details, addresses) is used for service delivery and internal records. We do not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent. For details on how we process data, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for loss or damage to a garment is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge for that garment or the replacement value, whichever is lower.
10. Amendments
Dazzle Drys may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and at service points. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
